Survey for Glaucoma Identification in Eye Fundus Images
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a postgraduate student from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa. I'm engaged in a research study on developing a computational model for Glaucoma classification in eye fundus images.
The purpose of this survey is collect diagnostic data from ophthalmologists, medical practitioners and medical students using a few selected eye fundus image to be used to validate the results generated by the implemented framework.
The survey carries a set of eye fundus images that could belong to a person infected with glaucoma or healthy and you are required to analyze each of them and decide which category each fundus image belongs to.  If you are an ophthalmologist, medical practitioner, and medical student who has experience with eye fundus images analysis, please spend a few minutes to fill out the questionnaire.
The main objective of this is to check the accuracy and the time taken to make the decisions. Therefore, please provide the responses continuously.
