All candidates to our training courses are gifted memberships for the current club year.  The completion of this form along with your course attendance, will be the assumption that you wish to continue with your data being held by Hereford Amateur Radio Society.  The data we hold is basic personal and contact information.  All data held is done so securely and is accessible only by relevant committee members and club officers.  Should you wish to check and confirm your data held by Hereford Amateur Radio Society, please contact treasurer@herefordradioclub.uk  Should your annual subscription cease the society will delete your personal data and membership after a period of 60 days.

I consent to Hereford Amateur Radio Society (HARS) using photographs and/or video recordings including images of me both internally and externally to promote the HARS.  These images could be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes.  I understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides.  I understand that some images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept as an archive of Hereford Amateur Radio Society.  I have read and understand the conditions and consent to my images being used as described.
