New Beginnings: Baptism Prep Registration
Congratulations on the upcoming baptism of your child! We warmly welcome you for an evening of conversation and reflection with other couples (BABIES ARE WELCOME, TOO), where you will learn about the beautiful gift of baptism, its meaning for our lives, as well as what to expect the day of your child's baptism.

Please use the following form to register for one of our Baptism Preparation Sessions, which are held once a month on Monday evenings at Old St. Mary's Parish Center from 6:30-8:15 pm.

If you have questions about this form or Baptism Prep, please contact Rachel McGrew at mcgrewr@archmil.org.

The Process
We know that this is an exciting time for you and your family, and we hope that the process is a smooth and enjoyable one. Here's what you can expect:

1) Make sure that you are officially registered at your parish. If you are not sure that you are registered, call your parish office and they can verify it for you, and/or start the process if you are not. For Old St. Mary's call (414) 271-6180; for Three Holy Women call (414) 271-6577; for Our Lady of Divine Providence call (414) 264-0049; for Saints Peter and Paul call (414)962-2443.

2) Register for and attend a Baptism Preparation Session, where you will explore the meaning of baptism and learn what to expect on that day. At the class, you will receive the godparent forms, which need to be filled out by the godparent as well as by the priest at his or her home parish. You can request an electronic copy of the form if that is more convenient for you.

3) Turn in the godparent forms to the office. From there, you can work with the office to select a date for the baptism. (Note: the Catholic godparent form must be returned in order to secure a date for the baptism).
