St. Dominic's Catholic Church, San Francisco - 2022-23 CFF Application/ Registration-
This is the online application/ registration for our Children's Faith Formation Program, aged 3 (PreK) - 6th Grade.  Confirmation is on a separate form.  Classes take place on Sunday mornings, beginning September 18, 2022, from 10:30-11:30, or an added First Communion class on Thursdays from 4:00-5:30 p.m.

Please note that due to archdiocesan policy for every parish, First Communion is now a TWO YEAR program.  The minimum age to start this 2 year formation is 1st grade.  Anyone who was in our program last year, has already completed the first year.   There is no longer a "1st grade class."

This year, we are offering in person classes only, with 2 First Communion options. Please select carefully.  Classes will take place from 10:30-11:30, after the 9:30 Family Mass, with a 2nd First Communion option on Thursdays, 4:00-5:30.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ATRIUM FOR 3-6 YEAR OLDS, AND SUNDAY FIRST COMMUNION ARE NOW FULL. Thursday First Communion still has plenty of space available. 

The classes offered are:
Level 1 Atrium (Catechesis of the Good Shepherd) - minimum age 3 years AND toilet trained through and including kindergarten.  Limited to 25 children.

Level 2 Atrium - First Communion TWO YEAR PROGRAM - children in 1st - 6th grade may start their first year, this is in person, and limited to 35 students per session.  There are two options: Sunday mornings 10:30-11:30 or Thursday afternoons, 4:00-5:30.

3rd-4th Grade for those who have already received their sacraments.

5th-6th Grade for those who have already received their sacraments.

Registration is open to current families first, then active parishioners registered at least 6 months, then all else.
