Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback on the 1st edition of Reflective Teaching, Effective Learning: Instructional Literacy for Library Educators (RTEL), published in 2011 by ALA Editions. I'm working on a 2nd edition, which is slated for publication in 2019. To inform the revision I'd love to hear any and all questions, critiques, suggestions, and/or ideas you have about the original.
This short survey can be anonymous if you choose. RTEL is meant to be a productive and active text, so all comments are valuable and will be taken into account. Instructional design models are improved through iteration, so I'm also interested in insights and critiques on the USER design method itself.
None of the questions here are required, so no worries if it's been some time and you can't recall the book in detail - general impressions are useful. You can find more information about RTEL at
http://www.worldcat.org/oclc/609871178, and feel free to to contact me directly with feedback at charbooth at gmail dot com if that's preferable to you.
Thank you for participating, and if you'd like to be entered into a drawing for one of 10 pre-order copies of RTEL's 2nd edition, please email me at
charbooth@gmail.com to let me know you completed this survey.
