On the Land is open to all TRANSFORM HF members. However, space is limited and efforts will be made to ensure an inter-disciplinary group of participants. You will be notified by email if your application is accepted.

Participants will be expected to stay overnight for three nights to experience the full benefits of the program. Participants will be staying in shared accommodations with members of the same gender. Participants may also bring their own tent to camp if they prefer.

Transportation will be arranged, departing from / returning to Union Station. As participants are expected to stay overnight, travel arrangements will only be available the morning of Wednesday, Sept 16 and afternoon of Saturday, Sept 19.

At times, participants may be invited to walk on uneven, unpaved ground. Unfortunately, some buildings may only be accessed by stairs. The team is considering how we can best accommodate accessibility needs.

On the Land is a multi-day event, occurring Sept 16-19 at the Gull Lake Survey Camp in Minden, Ontario. Programming will run from Sept 17-19, but attendees are asked to arrive the evening of Sept 16 for orientation.
