Student Food Assistance
Do you know of a student running low on food supplies over the weekend or having food scarcity?  If so, please fill out this form.  Answers remain confidential and only available to food pantry supervisors, social workers, and counselors.  One of these individuals may reach out to see exactly what will help the student.

The GCHS Food Pantry may offer some additional meals in times of need.  The food pantry program is designed to send home meals for a student over the weekend.  Students will confidentially pick up a bag of meals on Friday afternoons but the day may vary due to activities at the school.  An example of a food bag for the weekend would include: 2 cereal cups, 2 lunch meals, 2 dinner meals.  Meals may be mac & cheese, spaghetti, noodles, rice, etc.   In some cases, other meals may be provided throughout the week.  Communication is usually done over email or in person.

Please fill out the form for yourself (student) or for a student if you are a parent/guardian, family member, teacher, etc.   If you are filling it out for a student, please answer as many questions as possible.

Contact Mr. Johnson (joshjohnson@gcsc.k12.in.us) in room F121 if you have questions.  If a student needs something, reach out to Mr. Johnson even if it is for a snack due to a missed meal.

You may also contact Miss Kailee Gonzalez in Counseling office or email her at kailee.gonzalez@gcsc.k12.in.us.  Miss Gonzalez will be assisting in getting you the bags of meals.

This form only needs to be filled out once, not every week.
