Thank you for desiring to serve in a ministry at Quinns Baptist Church or Yanchep Community Church. Please fill out this application form and a Church Leader will reply to your application as soon as possible. This form is modelled on the BCWA Safe Ministry Screening Form.

The Volunteer Policy requires Volunteers to meet the following selected requirements:

1. Volunteers for church ministries should have been associated with Quinns Baptist Church / Yanchep Community Church or a related ministry for at least 3 months.

2. Volunteers who intend to work with youth, children or participate in leadership should have a current Working With Children Check, or be willing to get one (unless under 18 years old).

3. Volunteers who intend to work in a community ministry (Food4All/Craft Group) must be able to attain a police clearance.

If you cannot meet these requirements, your application cannot proceed due to our policy regarding Volunteer recruitment.
