Tulia ISD Back to School Survey for 2020-2021
We need your help, in letting us know where you stand, as we all continue to monitor the ever-changing COVID-19 trends in the city, county, region, state, and nation. Please take a few minutes to fill this out.

We received some updated guidelines from the TEA yesterday as it relates to virtual/at-home instruction. They have yet to release the in-person guidelines, but we want to make sure we have your input when those arrive to make the best decisions possible to pair student, staff, and family safety with quality instructional practices as we head into the 2020-2021 school year.

Yesterday we were told, regardless of instructional setting, the state expects:
- 100% of student grade level standards will be taught for student mastery.
- The 90% attendance rules will be in effect with DAILY PARTICIPATION REQUIRED.
- The standard grading policy will be applied as it was before last year's COVID-19 closure.
- The full school accountability system will return for the 2020-2021 school year.

Please know the answers you choose today DO NOT lock you into any permanent decisions, but they do help us gauge the current pulse of thinking in our school community.
