Set design, building, set up, take down. This includes painting set pieces.

Props. This includes setting up and taking down props before and after productions, helping to find needed props and helping keep the prop area organized.

Costumes. This includes helping to find necessary costumes, embellishing or enhancing existing costumes, and if in your skill set helping to sew costumes.

Backstage. This includes helping to keep the backstage area organized before and after productions, keeping the area quiet during productions and rehearsals, making sure actors and actresses have necessary props as they enter the stage and are on que for their entrance.

Tech. This includes setting up and taking down lights before and after productions and when needed rehearsals, setting up and taking down sound equipment before and after productions and when needed rehearsals, helping to keep lights and sound equipment organized.

Hospitality. This includes helping with concessions, manning the ticket table, greeting and seating patrons, making sure the restrooms are tidy during shows and after.

Set up and clean up. This includes helping to setup seating, tables, sweeping and vacuuming the auditorium before and after productions and taking care of trash cans. Note: generarlly all volunteers help in this effort.

Social media, graphics and Website. This includes helping to make graphics pertaining to upcoming shows and event to be posted on social media, helping to update our website and create social media content pertaining to theatre.

Outreach and community awareness. This includes researching and inquiring in ways we can help within the community and setting up theatre related outreaches within the community. NOTE: this area of volunteering requires approval from the Board of Directors before moving forward with any activities.

Fundraising. This includes researching various forms of fundraising activities, organizing and staffing. NOTE: this area of volunteering requires approval from out Board of Directors before moving forward with any activities.

Childrens productions. This area of volunteering presents unique circumstances and includes keeping the children in the auditorium during rehearsals and potentially productions, keeping children quiet during practices, assisting with their costumes and makeup when needed. NOTE: parents of children cast in productions are required to help.

Grant writing. This includes researching and applying for grant monies that are appropriate for community theatre as well as theatre classes.
