Full Rental = Private access to the garden and all it's amenities @ $75/hr (3-hr minimum). 

Split Profit Event =  60/40% profit split from ticket sales. Bring your audience and we'll provide the venue and amenities. We can also help promote and sell tickets through our platform. 
***Please note that house promotion is limited to reposting social media content, hosting links on our social media (and website when available), hosting ticket sales through our preferred platform if needed.
