As LTFA operates on a monthly membership subscription, cancellations take effect at the end of a billing period.

If the cancellation form is submitted on or before the 7th of the month, the membership will conclude at the end of that same month.
Example: Cancel on or before 7 January → membership ends 31 January.

If the cancellation form is submitted after the 7th of the month, the membership will conclude at the end of the following month.
Example: Cancel after 7 January → membership ends 28 February.

Cancellation prevents future charges only. All fees paid prior to the effective cancellation date remain payable and non-refundable.

In accordance with our Refund Policy, LTFA does not offer refunds or credits under any circumstances. Where the value of services provided or the timing of enrolment exceeds the value of payments made to date, LTFA reserves the right to apply a cover charge.
