2024 / 2025 Warleigh Fishing Membership Application Form

Please fill out this form if you would like to join Warleigh Carp Fishing club for the year 2024 to 2025. Subscriptions must be paid before you book your first fishing session.

EXISTING MEMBERS = £50 to join before 1st September 2024 (thereafter £80 )

Please submit this form then make your payment to the account details below.

NEW MEMBERS Please submit the form below and then text the number to request membership approval. Once you have received a reply approving your membership, please make a payment of £80 to the account number below. Please do NOT make a payment until your application has been accepted.
