Dear Brothers,
I hope this message finds you well. I am excited to announce that we will be hosting a Ladies Appreciation Dinner on Saturday, February 22nd, at 4:30 PM. The event will be held at Viron Rondo Osteria, located at 1721 Highland Ave, Cheshire, CT.
Food will be served buffet style and will include:
**Appetizers:**
- **My Mother’s Chips:** Crispy eggplant and zucchini served with tzatziki.
- **Polpetti:** Veal, beef, and pork meatballs in plum tomato sauce with Stracciatella Mozzarella.
- **Calamari Fritti:** Point Judith calamari with cherry peppers, lemon caper aioli, and spicy marinara.
- **Parma:** Fresh mozzarella, prosciutto di Parma, arugula, Parmigiano Reggiano, and marinara.
- **Apple Salad:** Green leaf lettuce with Granny Smith apples, Gorgonzola, caramelized walnuts, and white balsamic vinaigrette.
**Pasta & Entrées:**
- **Rigatoni Bolognese:** Hearty meat sauce with whipped ricotta.
- **Chicken Parmigiana:** Herb-breaded chicken with marinara and fresh mozzarella.
- **Faroe Island Salmon (4 oz):** Prepared with the chef’s seasonal recipe.
**House-Made Desserts:**
- Choice of Tiramisu or Mini Cannoli.
- All beverages will be charged separately.
The cost is $80.00, or $40.00 if you choose to attend solo.
