Technology Use Survey
This survey is a collaboration between C.D. Farquharson Jr PS (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) teacher, Linda Edwards and Lake Shore CSD (Angola, New York, USA) teacher, Michael Drezek. Both teachers would like to improve conversations around technology access and its positive use both in and out of the classroom. We'd also love some authentic data to use while teaching digital citizenship and leadership. We'll also create a fun, inspirational YouTube video playlist from your submissions to the last question!

Thanks for taking a couple minutes to answer these few short questions! Have a great rest of the 2018 school year :)
