General Volunteer for Friday 9/21/18- Report at 3:30 pm at packet pickup location (Bethany Beach Fire Company). Jobs will include body marking, selling merchandise, athlete check-in and packet pick up. Completion time around 8pm.
General Volunteer for Saturday AM Race - Report 6:30 am on SATURDAY, 9/22/18 at Bethany Beach Boardwalk area – (Garfield Parkway) or otherwise directed. Job(s) can include directional support, finish line help and/or water tables. Expected completion time on or before 11am.
General Volunteer for Saturday PACKET PICK UP 9/22/18- Report at 3:30 pm at packet pickup location (Bethany Beach Fire Company). Jobs will include body marking, athlete check-in and packet pick up and breakdown. Completion time around 8:30pm.
Volunteers for Setting up Saturday Evening 9/22/2017- Report at 9:00pm to Bethany Bandstand area (on Boardwalk @ Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach). Must be able to lift around 40 lbs. and assist in setting up race venue. Additional jobs may include picking up items from local stores (water, fruit, etc). Expected completion is around 11:00pm.
General Volunteer for Sunday - Report 5:00 am on SUNDAY, 9/23/17 to Bethany Beach – (Garfield Parkway) or otherwise directed. Job(s) can include body marking, transition area, beach watch, directional support, command post support, merchandise assistance, and/or water tables. You may be asked to assist in multiple responsibilities. Expected completion time on or before 11:30am.
Volunteers for breaking down race venue- Report at 12 NOON on SUNDAY, 9/23/17 (meet at flagpoles on Bethany Beach boardwalk).. Must be able to lift around 40 lbs. and assist in breaking down race venue. Tasks will include moving boxes, breaking down tables, moving various items to various locations in Bethany. Expected completion time is around 1:30pm.
