UES Title I Needs Assessment Survey- Family Engagement Component (Spring, 2019)
Unity Elementary  School (UES) wants to hear from you. The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) requires an annual Parent Involvement Needs Assessment. Please take a few minutes to give us some feedback on the quality of our Parent/Student/School relationships. UES provides the level of instruction that is appropriate for students’ needs, and prepares them for success after high school. *
