All goods being returned will require an RMA number issued by SM Group (Europe) Limited (SMG) on completion of this form - RMA number must be quoted on all documentation returned to SMG.

Existing trade customers - Select "SMG Trade customers" to request return any goods.
Please contact your account manager for any 'non-standard' return issues or visit our trade portal to submit multiple returns.

End users - Select "End users" to request return any item that is outside of the units warranty period or any item requiring service.
Items that are faulty but still within a warranty period, are to be returned directly to the original place of purchase.
