Note: Parent or guardian must attend the first 15 minutes of the audition for your child's age group

Saturday, August 25:
10:00pm-11:00am Students entering Ballet 1/1X, Ballet 2/2X this school year (ages 6-11 for those new to PDA)
11:30 - 12:30pm Students entering Ballet 3/3X, and 4/4X this school year (ages 8-12 for those new to PDA)
1:00-2:30pm Students entering Ballet 5/5X/6 this school year (ages 13+ for those new to PDA)

Notes & Policies
To encourage boys to foster a love of dance, all boys enrolled in our co-ed Primary or Pre-Professional programs (Ballet 1 and higher) can take ballet classes on scholarship. This means that ballet tuition fees are waived. *
Required
This scholarship does not apply to Theater Dance or Contemporary Dance programs. You would be responsible for paying in full for these classes. *

If your child performs in Nutcracker, the $200 participation fee still applies. If your child performs in the Annual Spring Showcase, the $70 participation fee still applies. If your child auditions for, and is accepted into, The Philadelphia Youth Ballet, the $250 participation fee still applies. You are responsible for buying ballet shoes and any tights that need to go underneath costumes. *

Dress code is a plain white t-shirt; solid black pants, shorts, or tights; and black ballet shoes. *

The program is a year-long commitment. Students are allowed 6 absences per semester, and 7+ absences will lead to dismissal from the program. *
