I acknowledge and agree to the following:

VENDORS MUST PAY A $50 participation fee.
Vendor fee must be paid prior to event start date.
Vendors retain 100% of sales.
Participation must be approved by MVES PTO.
Fall Festival is a rain-or-shine event. 
No fee refunds unless organizer cancels event.
Only ONE vendor per brand will be accepted on a first-come basis.
No product/service vendors will be permitted to sell food or drinks to be consumed on-site.
Booth space is approximately 8x10 feet.
Vendors should provide their own tables, chairs, racks.
No Wi-Fi, electrical, or water hookups will be available.
Set-up can begin no earlier than 4 p.m., October 5, 2023.
