Overnight housing required *
Limited housing in staff cabins is available on a first-come, first-served basis only to paid registrants. Once staff cabins are assigned, others will be assigned to bunk or dormitory-style housing.

Linens *
All overnight attendees are asked to provide their own linens and bedding, including pillows, sheets, blanket and towels. Beds are twin-sized; larger sheets will work with folding. Camp will provide a full package of linens for those traveling to the reunion by air.
Mega Zip Session - Saturday from 3:00-4:30 p.m., $25
All-you-can-ride on Airy's 850' Mega Zip. Note: Each ride requires climbing of six flights of steps. Participant weight limit of 250 pounds. See Mega Zip in action at http://tinyurl.com/AiryMegaZip

Contributions designated for Camperships will be forwarded as a group donation from the Order of the Leaf Alumni to Camp's Awesome Fund. Contributions to the Reunion Fund help offset the cost of the Reunion, including providing registration fee relief to Leaf members requesting it. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Requests for fee relief should be sent to airyreunion@gmail.com

Smoking at Camp Airy is only permitted in designated areas. Responsible BYOB alcohol consumption by those age 21 or over is permitted during Reunion Weekend. *
Pets are welcome at Camp Airy for daytime visits, but can not be accommodated in camp housing. *
Registration is not confirmed until your invoice has been issued and paid. Submission of this form indicates your agreement to pay the invoice within 48 hours of issuance. Unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation after that time. Full refunds are available until September 14th; after that date, refunds are only available if your space is filled. *
