About the Program:

At General Assembly, we partner with mission-driven organizations of all sizes to provide remote, pro-bono professional services for teams looking to make a difference in the lives of historically marginalized, or underrepresented communities.

Partner with General Assembly’s talented UX fellows for complimentary User Experience Design services for your website, app, or digital product! Each company is matched with a team of talented student UX designers who conduct research and provide designs for your digital product in a 3 week full-time design sprint. As a client, you get deliverables free of charge and our students get to apply their skills to real business needs.

In order for our teams to design user centric solutions, they need users to interview! If selected to participate, would you be prepared to connect your student team with a representative sample of customers who are engaged and willing to participate in interviews, surveys and usability tests? *

While our teams are careful to not disclose sensitive user information, project deliverables do become incorporated in the team members’ portfolios. Is your company comfortable participating in client projects without the signing of a non-disclosure agreement? Per our selection process, applicants that do not require an NDA will be given priority. *
We require availability for 3 mandatory meetings (1 virtual information session and 2 virtual meetings with the UX team), as well as consistent communication throughout the project. You will be contacted with exact dates and times if you meet the requirements. Please check all for consent.
