Thanks for expressing interest in serving at The Glade Church!  We take safety seriously - and this confidential application must be completed by any person seeking to fill a position involving the supervision of children, youth, and/or vulnerable adults. The information gathered will help us continue to ensure the safety of everyone in our church.

This is Step 1 in the screening process for all leaders in age-level ministry areas and special needs ministry at The Glade Church.
