The mission of the Kevin Rohan Memorial Eco Foundation (KRMEF) is to foster health and well-being in Nepal's most impoverished communities by encouraging sustainable change through environmentally-friendly programs.

Since 2010, KRMEF has hosted interns ranging in age, ability, interests, and skill sets from nearly 50 countries. Interns remain a vital component to the overall function of the Foundation's many programs. KRMEF is seeking a long-term intern (5 months or more) to act as Fundraising Coordinator. The responsibilities of this internship are as follows:

-Act as a liaison between KRMEF and the USA and Swiss boards to launch fundraising initiatives for various KRMEF programs and overhead costs.
-Spearhead awareness and fundraising campaigns.
-Research and help write grants to help fund projects.  

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

-Upbeat and positive attitude.
-Dedication to furthering KRMEF's mission.
-Ability to work well with a diverse staff and volunteer base.
-Experience in nonprofit fundraising preferred.
-Experience living abroad.
-Proficiency in English (additional language proficiencies are also helpful!).
-Proficiency in various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
