A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US:

Unleashed Grad Trips specialises in overseas packages for school leavers, looking for the ultimate end of school celebration. We create unique, once in a lifetime experiences for 17 & 18 year olds from all over Australia.

Our Unleashed Crew are the face of our company and their #1 priority is ensuring the safety of all our travellers. Your role is to ensure that all travellers have an unforgettable and safe #tripofalifetime. This position involves being with our travellers from the start to the finish of their trip. Our crew will have a variety of roles such as running activities, hosting parties, liaising with hotel staff and daily interaction with our students including answering questions and helping them with any situation as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CREW ROLE:

- Destination Crew is a non-paid agreement but includes return flights to the destination, any transfers whilst on destination, accommodation at a 4 star resort, Unleashed uniform, all meals and a daily allowance for purchases of food and drinks outside of meal times (non-alcoholic as crew members are not permitted to drink alcohol on destination).
- You will need to have a valid passport (cannot expire within 6 months of return date, there is plenty of time to apply for this).
- You will need to attain your senior first aid certificate AND volunteer Working With Children Check (Free) prior to the trip (Plenty of time for this as well).
- All destination crew must be 19+ at time of travel (November - December 2024).
- We favour applicants who are able to attend the first 3 weeks of the trip (16 November- 06 December 2023).
- Destination Crew are required to attend a training weekend in Sydney, 2-3rd November. Travel expenses are at your own expense.
-Our destination Crew becomes a close knit family and we organise lots of exciting events for you including an Annual Boat party after destination, for everyone to let their hair down and celebrate your amazing work.

CREW ROLES:

Activities Crew: Responsible for the set up, hype, execution and pack down of all daytime activities and events. You will also be the main support for all travellers during your shift.
Night Crew: Responsible for the set up, hype, execution and pack down of all nighttime activities and events. You will also be the main support for all travellers during your shift.
Medical Support: You will be a liaison and support for any ill or injured travellers receiving care from the medical services at the property. You will not administer any medical care however you will be responsible for ensuring all travellers are comfortable and supported through their treatment, while recording detailed treatment logs. We favour candidates who have some experience in the health industry.
Media Crew: Responsible for all the content that is created on our trips. We will have both photographers and videographers as part of our team.
Entertainment Crew: These are our DJ's and MC's who are responsible for the entertainment during Grad Trip.
Airport Crew: Responsible for greeting travellers and parents at the airport. This role is only available on departure days and applicants do not travel to Fiji

Destination Crew is a non-paid experience.

CREW APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. The Crew Application Process starts with this form.

2. Successful applicants will then be offered a 10 minute informal phone interview.
Applicant will be contacted via text (using the mobile number provided on your application) to arrange a suitable time for this phone interview.
Interviews will be offered from 19 June 2024

3. If you are chosen to progress to the next stage, you will be required to attend a group workshop on 24 August in our Bondi (NSW) Head Office. The group workshop will be 3hrs, you will be allocated to a specific session time closer to the date. Session times are between 10am-5pm.
(other arrangements will be discussed with interstate applicants).

4. Following the workshop, you will be asked to complete an online quiz.

5. Successful applicants will be contacted once decisions have been finalised (3weeks after group workshop).
