Holiday Market - Vendor Sign Up Form
You are welcome to sign up for a booth space.
Our event is a chance for you to connect with customers in a fun atmosphere.
Food Booth rent is $25.00 for a 10'X10' booth.
Retail Booth rent is $15.00 for a 10'X10' booth.
Fees are due upon approval of your application (you will receive an email with a payment link. If you have not received anything about your application please look at your spam or junk folder in email.)
Use the online form below; All registrations must be reviewed by TDA to eliminate duplication of vendors.
Booth fees are non-refundable.
If you are in need of power please bring your own generator
DEADLINE FOR FOOD VENDORS IS NOVEMBER 16 AS PER THE TULARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE APPLICATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED!
If you are a member of a group like Scentsy, Grace Adele, etc. that restricts the number of their vendors at one event, please let us know.
Most communication with us will be by cell phone text message . You will also be added to our distribution list for this and other events.

The Tulare Children's Christmas Parade has a long history as a part of Tulare's holiday traditions.
The parade is the first Thursday in December in downtown Tulare.
Booths are set along the parade in clusters. When you sign up for your booth you will receive a notification as to which street and which cluster you're in.
We recommend setting booths with tables in a horseshoe pattern allowing customers to enter your booth. This pulls customers out of the ''traffic'' in front of your booth and gives you more face time talking to them.
While you set up your booth with Christmas decorations consider that yellow is the most effective display color. If possible, try to work the color yellow into your displays to increase your sales.
Decorating your booth in connection with the annual parade theme is always appreciated. This year's theme is "Cinematic Christmas"
