Thank you for agreeing to take part in this survey and for providing feedback on your knowledge management (KM) experience within your organization. The purpose of this survey is to better understand where and how KM practices and tools are being implemented and utilized in your organization. The results of this survey will be summarised and reported during the Third International Conference on Nuclear Knowledge Management at the satellite event “Knowledge Management for Technical Communities of Practice”. In addition, a dedicated online platform will be established to support a KM Technical Community of Practice (TCOP) to facilitate sharing ideas, concepts, practices, methods and tools in KM.
