By entering the event you agree that The Cookham and Maidenhead Arts Trail may use your information solely for the purpose of promoting this event and that only your “Public Details” will be printed in publicity materials.
Each applicant must have Public Liability Insurance. In due course we will request a copy of your PLI covering the event date. Insurance of your own work is your own responsibility.
In addition, you agree to the following
1. Venues must be open and all participating artists must be present from 10am - 5pm on both days.
2. A place on the Art Trail costs £50 for every individual artist.
- Your £50 will pay for one photo listing in the brochure and cover all other advertising and organisational costs. The brochure may show only one entry for a venue depending on the total number of artists taking part.
- This fee does not cover individual venue hire costs.
3. Applications and required images must be submitted by Friday 6th March 2026.
4. On acceptance to CAMAT 2026, Art Trail payment must be made by Friday 3rd April 2026.

with your initial and surname as reference. Please Note: This is a different bank account so do not use one you may have saved before.
5. Once accepted, all participants will be invited to the 2026 WhatsApp group.
