Salsa Showdown Cook-Off Registration - Deadline 10/1
October 7, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm in the Student Union Building Atrium (SUB)
Each entrant shall bring one gallon of their prepared salsa or guacamole in a container(s)(kept refrigerated until 1 hour before the cook-off), list of ingredients to be displayed by their salsa (for food allergy purposes), and be available to serve. Tables, bowls, chips, ladles, napkins, food handler gloves and beverages will be provided. Winner shall be determined by popular vote. All proceeds benefit United Way of Central New Mexico.
