Exhibitor Release - Exhibitors are subject to all Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully. Your signature acts as acceptance of all Terms and Conditions and is required. *Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, and save them for your records. SPACE RESERVATION: Reservations for exhibit space at this Red Card event will be accepted upon receipt of a signed contract from YOU, hereafter known as VENDOR. Red Card Media Inc., hereafter known as Red Card shall endeavor to assign exhibition space that best suits the layout at the event site, subject to availability. Red Card reserves the right, and has sole discretion, to assign exhibition space in accordance with overall effectiveness for the event. VENDOR may not assign or sublease their space to any person or entity. SET_UP/STAFFING/TEAR DOWN : BEER & CHEESE FEST is open to ticketed guests from noon to 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022. Set-up starts at 9 a.m. that day. VENDOR must be set up by 11 a.m. VENDOR exhibit must be staffed during all show hours; in no instance can a booth be left unattended. No VENDOR will be able to leave before the official end of the event at 6 p.m. Vendors must be moved out no later than 8 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022. NO EXCEPTIONS. CARE OF EXHIBIT: The VENDOR is responsible for the orderly presentation of their exhibit and for cleaning within their exhibition space. No mechanically-amplified demonstrations or music are allowed. SELLING ITEMS: Merchandise and pre-packaged food items may be sold from individual booths The sale of alcoholic beverages at the event by the VENDOR is prohibited. ALCOHOL SAMPLES: Alcohol samples must come into the event with an invoice from a licensed distributor indicating that the alcohol samples are for the specific Red Card event. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: VENDOR expressly releases Red Card and its employees and representatives from any and all liabilities for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods that may arise from the rental, use and occupation of space by VENDOR at the event; or from participation in the event; and VENDOR agrees to hold harmless and save Red Card from any loss or damage by reason thereof. Red Card assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any property belonging to any VENDOR. VENDOR acknowledges that Red Card events are open to the public, and VENDOR hereby waives any claim against, and hereby releases and discharges Red Card from any and all liability for loss, injury or damages to persons or property that may arise from the acts of any VENDOR or person in attendance at a Red Card event, or which occurs as a result of a Red Card event. VENDORS are advised to consult their insurers for proper coverage of any property they bring to an Red Card event from the time the material leaves the premises of the VENDOR until it is returned. FOOD & BEVERAGE RULES: Every VENDOR sampling food or beverages must comply with all governmental regulations (including Federal/State/County/City/Town health departments) concerning the storage, preparation and distribution of food and beverage items. Additionally, such VENDORS must provide a hand-washing station in their booth or supply booth workers with rubber gloves and require them to be worn at all times that a worker may handle open food or beverages. Individual servings must not exceed 2 ounces of food or 3 ounces of beverage. VENDOR may only distribute free samples of a food or non-alcoholic beverage that is made or sold in the ordinary course of business of that VENDOR. Red Card reserves the right to terminate the distribution of any sample should it be in violation of Federal/State/County/City/Town laws relating to food-and-beverage handling or if deemed necessary for public safety reasons. CANCELLATION: If a Red Card event or any part of a Red Card event is cancelled or rescheduled, under no circumstances shall Red Card be liable for costs or damages incurred by VENDOR as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling, whether due to cause(s) beyond or within control of Red Card. PHOTOGRAPHY/AUDIO/VIDEO: By signing this contract, VENDOR grants Red Card permission to photograph and/or record audio and/or video VENDOR exhibit and staff, both inside and outside of the VENDOR'S booth, and to interview VENDOR or VENDOR'S staff about this Red Card event. VENDOR grants Red Card a perpetual nonexclusive license to use this content containing VENDOR'S likenesses and/or statements in all Red Card publications in print and online, in promotional materials, and in audio and video advertising. INDEMNIFY: VENDOR agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Red Card and its respective officers, managers, agents and employees against any and all claims arising out of the actions of VENDOR, its employees, agents, representatives or guests at this Red Card event or related to or caused by VENDOR'S use or occupancy of the exhibition area, or by the VENDOR'S participation in this Red Card event. *
