Upon submitting your application via regular mail, please complete this form to send to our Vice President of Academics & Scholarships so we know to look out for your application.
As a reminder, all Gator Club of Miami Scholarship Applications are postmarked and due no later than April 30th, 2018 to be considered. The completed scholarship application and additional required information must be sent together in one envelope. We cannot consider any forms, materials, or information submitted separately from the original application. We will not return any items that are mailed in (no exceptions, we apologize).
As we will be grading your applications the second week of May, we highly recommend that you send your application as soon as possible. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be considered. No exceptions.
All scholarship recipients will be informed by May 20th, 2018. Please mail the completed application package to:
