SET UP TIMES:
Vendor set-up is 7:30am-8:30am
You MUST be set up by 8:30am 
**Failure to do so could result in being removed from future shows**
The show begins at 9:00am

PARTICIPATION:
The expectation is you are set up no later than 8:30am AND STAY for the entire show, which closes at 3pm.

TABLES:
Vendor tables are a combination of 6 FT & 8 FT tables. Tables are $35 each. First rights go to those who attended prior shows. If you are going to miss a show, you can pay $10 to reserve your spot in your absence. We will book that table while you are gone, but you will get it back the following month.
*We supply the table but do not guarantee a 6ft over an 8ft as sometimes table placement changes the floorplan during set-up unintentionally. 

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Food can be ordered from concessions on the first floor, or with the waitstaff working the show. Please remember to tip your waitstaff! They take great care of us. Sorry, no carry-ins.

ELECTRICITY & OUTLETS:
If you need electricity, you need to request that when signing up for the show. This room does not have outlets every 6 ft. and you may find that you do not have one if you did not request it ahead of time. We will not move you if it's not convenient. Electricity is NOT GUARANTEED.

SHOWCASE RENTAL:
We will be renting display cases at our shows. They are the newest ZION Display Cases that are now being used at many of the big shows due their ability to stack and transport. We have a limited number available, so act fast before we are sold out. The hold approximately 30 cards and open horizontally. 

CLEAN-UP:
IMPORTANT..... Do not leave a bunch of empty cardboard boxes, wax, or garbage!

Why are we asking this?  This is a new requirement for all show promoters in the state of Wisconsin since the start of the summer 2023. Promoters are now required to submit this information to the Department of Revenue after each show regardless of if our vendors set up to sell or use it for display purposes only.
