Please read the following rules and type your name in the box if you agree to follow all competition rules. This will serve as your binding agreement to abide by all competition rules. (If performer is under the age of 18, parents will be contacted by competition manager to provide a signed document for consent to participate.) *
1. All application fees are non-refundable. 2. Competition winners may NOT re-apply to competitions they have won ONE year prior, but may compete in a different age group or category. 3. All first place winners grant the Flute Society of Kentucky permission to use and broadcast their competition video on the FSK Virtual Flute Festival website during the festival. 4. All applications and registration fees are complete and paid in full by Monday, March 15, 2021 by 11:59pm (EST). 5. All competition video submissions are due by Friday, April 2, 2021 at 11:59PM (EST).All decisions reached by judges are final. 6. You must upload your VIDEO recordings as a .mp4 file in a google drive and share with Allyson Rawlings at allyson.rawlings@montgomery.kyschools.us by Friday, April 2, 2021 at 11:59PM (EST). 7. If participating in the chamber music category and are recording in-person VIDEOS with all performers present, CoVid-19 guidelines must be followed.
