CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING

If your plans change and you're unable to attend on any of the dates you indicated, please contact us via email  at least 24 hours before the earliest date you selected.

Please make sure you initiate your request from the same email address you used to complete your original form.  Requests to cancel or reschedule coming from a different email address will be ignored.

We will notify you of the next steps (if any) shortly after we receive your request.
