Our 19th annual Frederick Art Walk (FAW) will take place on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 10am - 5pm.
FAW is an event which happens in the homes of artists in the Central Frederick Neighbourhood. We envision the Frederick Art Walk as a community event selling good quality artisan works. Therefore we encourage host artists to invite friends, neighbours and family who are also artists to share their space. Each house is limited to five artisans who must all be present on the day of the FAW.
Your Application, fully completed and with all photos, must be received by April 30, 2019. It will then be reviewed by the FAW Organization Committee. Artists will then be assessed based on their media and submitted photograph(s), and must qualify under the Frederick Art Walk "Terms and Conditions" available at www.frederickartwalk.org/Terms.pdf and acknowledge below. If your location is invited to participate, the “homeowner” will receive a confirmation email no later than May 7, 2019.
The registration meeting will be held on May 22, 2019 (location to be confirmed no later than May 7, 2019). Please mark your calendar. Fees ($150 per house) are due at that time. A representative from your house is **REQUIRED** to attend the registration meeting, represent your house and pay the fees.
Late application, no photo submissions, non payment of fees, or failure to attend the Registration meeting may eliminate you from participating this year. Please see our "Terms and Conditions" for more.
All homes participating in the Frederick Art Walk must be in the area bounded by Lancaster St, Victoria St, Indiana St, East Ave and Krug St.
PLEASE NOTE: the Frederick Art Walk has discontinued the Homeless Artist registration (see website for more details).
Make sure you have all information and photos before you start. Please check the specific requirements for photos in the Photo Uploading section below, at the bottom of Artist 1. Once information has been submitted it cannot be edited. If you need to correct a mistake please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
