As a vendor of the Dartmouth College Annual Powwow you must abide by rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by Dartmouth College and the Town of Hanover.
• Once unloaded, all vehicles must be moved off the Green so the next vendor can unload. • Staking into the ground is not allowed. All tents must be weighted down, not staked.• Vendors can only drive on the gravel pathways• Vendors must follow direction of Dartmouth students and staff.• There is some vendor parking on Green side of College Street only. Once it is full vendors must park behind Dartmouth Row.• Vendors will provide their own equipment, i.e. tables, chairs, etc.• Any booth larger than purchased will be will be subject to an additional charge.• Booth Fee MUST be paid PRIOR to arrival in Hanover.• Set-up in the designated areas will be permitted on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 am ONLY.• Vendors must clean up and leave the location as they found it.• In the event of inclement weather each non-food vendor will get an 8' x 8' or 16' x 8' space in the Leede Arena rain location.• At the Leede Arena rain location, the vendor will be charged for any damages caused to the floor within 10' of vending location.• Food vendors will NOT be allowed to set up inside Leede Arena. There may be areas outside available. We can discuss this with you in more detail.
