2026 Celebrating Abilities Expo Vendor Form
Please complete this form to be a vendor at the Celebrating Abilities Expo on Thursday, August 13 and/or provide materials to go in the Welcome Bags.

Time: 3:30 - 6 pm

Set up: Begins at 2:30 pm and everyone needs to be ready by 3:15 pm

Each vendor will be provided an 8-foot table and 2 chairs.
