EAS120Y Screening Form 2017-2018
1. The purpose of this form is to ensure that you are enrolled in the appropriate language course. You must answer these questions fully and honestly. Misrepresenting your knowledge of the language is considered a violation of academic integrity guidelines and will result in you being removed from the course without notice.
2. Please pre-assess your level before submitting this form. You can do so with the self-checklist available here: http://www.eas.utoronto.ca/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/EAS120Y1_EAS121H1_SelfCheckList_20140221.pdf . If your self-assessment indicates that EAS120Y1Y is the appropriate course for you, please register for EAS120Y1Y on ACORN as soon as possible and submit this form before August 15, 2017 or as soon as you register on ROSI.
3. Please note that EAS120Y1 will not meet on September 7, but will begin on Monday, September 11 with a lecture.
