隨著近年大眾對身心靈健康的關注增加，新生會決定在 cafe330 的基礎上作出一個新嘗試，於灣仔太源街開設全新社企 so330。這個鬧市中的綠洲除了是一間「健康咖啡店」和一個「身心靈空間」之外，會方希望透過「共融咖啡學院」為殘疾人士／弱勢社群提供咖啡師課程或專業培訓，讓他們有機會重投工作、融入社會；長遠透過培訓共融咖啡師，推廣身心靈健康及推動傷健共融。

「學院」特色：
1. 可為特定群組制定內容及安排
2. 獲國際認證的專業導師執教

In light of raising awareness of overall wellbeing, with the experience we gained from operating cafe330, NLPRA decided to launch a brand new social enterprise "so330" in Tai Yuen Street, Wan chai. Not only is this urban oasis a health-centric cafe and a wellbeing space, but we also incorporated "Inclusive Coffee Academy" into its DNA, where structured barista programs and professional training are offered to disabled persons/disadvantaged groups. We hope to encourage and equip them with relevant skills to make them self-reliant and in the long term, promote overall wellbeing and inclusiveness in the community by having the general public learn about their transformative stories.
