Lifeline Internship Application

This 7 hour-per-week paid role ($112 a week) offers hands-on experience, spiritual mentorship, and the chance to lead a meaningful project within our church community. We are excited to learn more about your heart to serve and your desire to grow as a leader.

Responsibilities

Ministry Support
Assist with weekly planning, communications, and logistics for ministry areas. Tasks may include prepping materials, organizing spaces, or helping coordinate volunteer teams.

People Engagement
Engage with church members and guests during services, events, or follow-ups. Shadow staff during ministry events and learn relational ministry practices

Personal Development
Participate in a weekly 1:1 meeting with a coach along with a classroom group discussion for leadership development.

Project Work
Work on a term-long ministry project (e.g., planning a service project, helping lead a Bible study, improving a ministry area, etc.)
