2019 Autism Society San Diego Camps
Autism Society San Diego membership is a requirement to participate in our camp programs.

• Current Autism Society San Diego Members: please fill out the form below. Once your membership has been confirmed, you will be sent the camp registration forms.

• To join or renew your membership please go to http://www.autismsocietysandiego.org/membership.html. Once you have joined/renewed, please submit this form. After receipt of your active membership and this form, you will be sent the camp registration forms.

Everyone must complete this form to receive camp registration forms. The registration forms will not be available on our website. You should anticipate your registration forms in 2 weeks or less. If you do not receive them after 2 weeks, contact our office by emailing info@autismsocietysandiego.org or call 858-715-0678.
