Peacock Gap CARES Community Disaster Preparedness Pod Request

In case of an emergency such as an earthquake, flood or fire hazard, we are inviting neighbors to organize into pods to help each other.

A pod is a group of two to six homes, ideally clustered together either next door or across the street. Each pod has a pod leader who takes responsibility to look out for those in the group who self-identify as possibly needing assistance in an emergency.

There is no legal requirement nor legal responsibility. It is just volunteering to be a good neighbor in an organized way, with a plan.
