Please note our cancellation policy in your membership contract:
EARLY TERMINATION FEE: For Annual Memberships, if Member cancels or otherwise decides to discontinue their membership for any reason and such cancellation is effective prior to the end of the 12-month Term of their Membership Agreement with Bangers and Dinks, Member agrees to pay and Member's credit card on file with the Bangers and Dinks will be automatically charged an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining balance due for the 12-month Term.
30 DAYS NOTICE: For Month-to-Month and 6-Month members, unless you were a Founders member, your cancellation will be effective 30 days after we receive this form. Any payments due under your Membership Agreement prior to the cancellation effective date will be charged as scheduled.
FOUNDING MEMBERS: if you cancel your membership and want to rejoin at a later date, your new rate will be the non-Founder’s rate at the time of rejoining.
