Tailgate Vendor Sign-Up
Friday, September 28th from 5-7pm
Set up 4-4:45pm
Location: Augusta High School South Parking Lot


There will be one table provided for each company participating.
We will use electricity from the school district’s central kitchen as necessary. You will need to bring extension cords if you require electricity.
You are to bring 150 food or drink items to give away at the tailgate
Patrons will purchase a “card” as they enter the food court area. Each patron may collect 5 food or drink items. Please mark off with a sharpie if you gave them a Main Dish, Side Dish, Dessert or Drink.
You are free to display at your table whatever you like to promote your business….bring banners, samples, flyers, giveaway items, wear your company t-shirts, etc.
Please keep in mind the ONLY thing being provided is the table ….you need EVERYTHING necessary to keep your food hot/cold, serve your food, etc. Be thinking serving utensils, plates, food service gloves, coolers, extension cords, sacks or baggies etc
