Welcome to The Village Institute Summer Volunteer Registration Form! We appreciate your interest in volunteering with us. This Summer, we're hosting "Volunteer Happy Hours". Come volunteer with us while enjoying some drinks. Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for volunteers.

Volunteer Photo Release 

I, hereby grant permission to The Village Institute to use photographs or videos of me taken during volunteer activities for promotional or educational purposes. I understand that these photographs or videos may be used in a variety of materials, including but not limited to brochures, website, social media, and other promotional materials.

I hereby release and hold The Village Institute harmless and its representatives from any claims arising out of the use of these photographs.
