Spots are 10x10 (2 max), $25 each, and space is limited!  Please provide your own tents/tables/chairs - anything you need for vending. As per park regulations, only 10x10 tents are allowed, so please plan accordingly.  We ask that all vendors donate something to our annual picnic raffle, approx $25 retail value.  Set up begins at 8:30am.  Vendors must stay til 6pm.

By acceptance of this agreement, the vendor waives all claims against Hands of Change for any and all liability for any damage, injury, theft, or loss incurred before, during or as a result of the Pagan Picnic.  The vendor will indemnify and hold harmless Hands of Change from any and all claims, actions, or judgments arising from and related to the vendor's participation in Pagan Picnic including the acts of the vendor's employees and helpers. Vendor assumes all responsibility for any and all break down and clean up of your designated spot. Vendor fees are ABSOLUTELY NONREFUNDABLE once approved!  NO exceptions!  Do not assume your application has been accepted before confirmation email. 

Clothing appropriate to temperature, Coat or sweater if necessary, Rain gear (raincoat, boots, umbrella), Flashlight ,Bug repellent, Sun block - the usual.  Event is rain or shine, so please check the weather prior to event!

There will be open workshops and rituals throughout the day, you may want to bring a notebook, pen, ritual gear/wear, and whatever else you may want to bring if you plan on attending.  Event is free to attend, BUT pre-registration is required this year!

What not to bring!: Illegal drugs, Guns, Explosives, Fireworks, Glass containers, Alcohol
