The minimum safety gear requirements for all attendees are:
- Helmet (NOT bike helmets; must not have any visor etc sticking out from the front)
- Elbow pads
- Wrist guards
- Knee pads
- Moulded mouth guard. It is recommend to purchase this beforehand. Some will be available for sale on the first day (cash only; approx. $20 - $30), but this may delay your child getting on the track. These cannot be borrowed, only purchased.

Some safety gear and skates are provided on site but supplies are limited. We advise parents to come down early as it is first in, best dressed. We also encourage parents to consider slowly investing in their own child’s gear and skates to guarantee your child will have access to appropriately sized gear. This will also provide an opportunity for children to learn about gear maintenance. If you have any questions in relation to safety gear or skates you are welcome to either email us or speak to one of our coaches.
