DAY TO NIGHT: ON ASSIGNMENT WITH STEPHEN WILKES
Presented By: National Geographic
Photographer Stephen Wilkes creates iconic day to night images by shooting from one
camera angle for up to 30 hours, allowing him to capture dozens of stories within a
single photograph. Students will join him on his most recent National Geographic
assignments photographing the elegant and mysterious patterns of bird migrations
across landscapes in Kenya, Scotland, the Falkland Islands, and the Platte River in
Nebraska.

LENGTH: The show will run about 1 hour (Please allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for
seating and dismissal, more time if your group would like to visit the museum.)

TICKET CAPACTIY: 200 tickets. (Please limit request to approximately 50 students per school, if possible so we can reach as many schools as possible. Smaller groups are easiest to accommodate in our transportation budget.)

This is a safety concern as we need to be able to reach teachers attending during the trip in the case of an emergency.  The Collaborative will contact the Key Communicator AND the teacher attending to confirm registration after the lottery assignments are made. If the trip is not confirmed within 48 hours and the Key Communicator/Teacher attending do not respond to reminders, we will cancel the trip.

How many student tickets are needed? *
Please indicate the NUMBER OF TICKETS needed, based on your school's enrollment. Please indicate students per grade if you selected multiple grade levels. Ticket capacity 200 per date. (Please limit request to approximately 50 students per school, if possible so we can reach as many schools as possible. Smaller groups are easiest to accommodate in our transportation budget.)

National Geographic Society generously offers free admission to the museum following the Student Matinees. Would you like to schedule an extra hour to your field-trip to explore the museum following the presentation? (Bus pick-up will be 12:30)
