Private parties can be scheduled Sundays through Thursdays.  They may not be scheduled on Friday evenings or Saturdays due to heavy pool usage (unless approved by the Board) or on Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend or 4th of July.

Payment
There is a $25 charge for a two-hour pavilion reservation.  Pavilion Reservations are available in 2 hour blocks; each block beyond the first 2 hours is an additional $25.00.  You can make a payment using either method below and just include your name and the date/time of the party in the notes.  

Payment can be made via:  
Paypal; There will be a 3% surcharge for any payments made via PayPal. Wynterhall's PayPal account is WynterhallSwimandTennis@gmail.com
Payment can also be paid via check to the Club's post office box.  Send to:
