2025 WTU Election Paper Ballot Request Form
This form is to be filled out by any dues paying WTU member who would like to receive a paper ballot, once available, for the upcoming WTU Election (Spring, 2025). This Request Form should be submitted no later than April  7, 2025 to ensure sufficient time for mailing. No paper ballot requests will be accepted after April 7, 2025.
